Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thank you for clearing that up.

This could be an issue with the Google Calendar integration and the time zone difference between your website and the Google Calendar. Please make sure that those are the same and that the Time zone on your website is set to a city rather than some UTC time zone.

Really sorry that you feel this way about the plugin, but I found what the issue is.

I have performed detailed checks and the issue is with the "Buffer-time before", and that is why it blocks time slots one hour before the booked time slot. You could remove the "buffer time before" value, test it out and provide me with an update on this issue.

I booked a test appointment on 20th of May at 11 am and that time slot still showed as available for booking on the front-end.

The reason why such issue occurred is that the "Consentire la prenotazione al di sotto della capacità minima" option is enabled. 

If this is disabled, your front-end customers won't be able to submit a booking unless they fill in the minimum service capacity,
but once they book for any capacity above the minimum, the time slot will become unavailable for booking for others.
If enabled, multiple customers will be able to book the same time slot, without having to fill in the minimum capacity.

That is why the appointments were closed as soon as the minimum capacity was reached.
