There is an %appointment_id% for mailing, but the appointment id is missing when I get paid through Mollie. I added a picture of the mail I received (afspraak_id translates to appointment_id). I'd love for it to contain the appointment id.
Also, I understand this is more a feature request, but is there a way to add the appointment_id to the export csv of appointments? Would be great for bookkeeping!
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
In regards to the second question.
The developers might add this in the future, but I can't say an ETA on it.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, https://features.wpamelia.com/ and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

I tested out the booking and the appointment ID appeared in the notification.
In regards to the "Next day reminder" emails not being sent out.
WP Crontrol plugin is the best option to create cron jobs. You can find more info about it, and detailed instructions on how to set it up in our FAQ section.
So, if you already read that, and still need some clarification here's some further info.
You copy only the URL from below a scheduled notification:
Then, go to Tools/Cron Events, and click on the "Cron Schedules" tab. In it, add a 15-minute interval:
Then go back to the "Cron Events" tab and click on "Add new":
Below it, select the "PHP Cron event" radio button, and add the URL you copied from Amelia/Notifications in this form:
file_get_contents("yourURL");
Below it add the name and set it to run a few minutes in the future, using the provided time format. So, if you're adding the cron event at 12:45 (local, current time), set it to run at 12:50; and then select the schedule you previously selected:
Click on Add Event, and that's it.
The cron runs every 15 minutes and checks if there's an email to be sent. So, in Amelia Notifications, your scheduled notifications are set to run every day at a certain time. If you set that time to be 15:00 (for example), the emails will be sent when the cron runs after that time.
For example, there's an appointment booked for tomorrow, and it's currently 14:44 - the cron runs, but since it's not yet 15:00, it doesn't send anything. It runs again after 15 minutes, so at 14:59, but there are still no emails flagged by Amelia, so it doesn't send anything. Then it runs again at 15:14 and it sees there's an email that should've been sent at 15:00, so it sends the email. It will only send emails when Amelia sees an appointment scheduled for the next day.
1. I tested it out with the Mollie payment and the appointment id is displayed in the notifications.
2. Glad to hear that, looking forward to your update.
3. Directly upgrading Lifetime licenses is currently not possible, but you can, of course, acquire a new license and receive a refund for the previous purchase. You would need to purchase a new Lifetime License and reach out to us through a ticket, posting both purchase codes in a PRIVATE ticket, and our support managers will refund the amount of the originally purchased license retroactively.
Thanks Uroš, I''ll purchase the upgrade somewhere this week and contact support.
That leaves 1. for now. I think there's a misunderstanding about the issue. The notification with Amelia works well (mostly, but that's a different issue for which I made a seperate ticket). However, when people pay through Mollie, I also get a mail from Mollie . That email shows a text that says "Afspraak Id" ("Appointment Id" in Dutch) and it's empty. An example of this mail is in the original picture I attached. I underscored in red where the Id is supposed to be.
I'm not entirely sure this is an issue with my website and I think that perhaps this might be a broader issue. But I can only see that I don't get the appointment ID from Mollie with my website.
Because this is not an email that comes from the Amelia plugin, but rather Mollie, you should reach out to their helpdesk to explain this issue. Apologies for the misunderstanding as I thought you were referring to the email notifications from the Amelia plugin when the customer pays with Mollie.
Thanks for the response. I'll contact Mollie, I'm pretty sure their response will be that they're not getting an appointment id (which is provided by the Amelia plugin). Can't hurt asking though.
Thanks for your patience anyway, I'll recontact if things don't work out.
