In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi,
I have a service with duration of 3hrs. As an administrator I can set an appointment at hours outside of employee schedule but I cannot start the appointment at some of the hours of the day. For example I can start it at 00:00, 03:00, 06:00etc. But I can't for example start it in 13:00h
Please advise. We need to be able to set appointments for our clients at any point of time from the backend.

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
This is because you have Use service duration for booking a time slot option enabled. Since the days starts from 00.00 and you service is 3 hours long you can only book on every 3 hours and that is way you can see only those time slots.
When you turn of this option will be able to book at any time that you wish.

You are welcome. Custom prices depend on the employee. You can have different prices for different employees that is the only way how you can have different prices for one service.
