We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Good day
I would like to use Amelia for a client and have two questions about it:
Is the Amelia frontend and backend completely translated to German?
What does the online payment process look like for a visitor of a course? Is there a demo available?
Thanks a lot
Kind regards
Jérôme
Hello Jérôme
Thank you for your interest in our plugin and sorry for the late response.
At this time, Amelia is translated into German (Germany) about 79%. We don't have translators in our company, so we're relying on our customers to send us the translation.
We've just reached an agreement with one of our customers, so hopefully, Amelia will be translated into German 100% starting with the next update. I can't promise anything, though.
The online payment depends on what you use (Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, WooCommerce, or RazorPay). We currently have Stripe and PayPal test accounts set up in our demo site - all you need to do is enable them in the Settings, and in Service settings and then test them out on the front-end of the demo site.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
