In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Is it possible to add an "AGE" field when people are entering their details at the end of a booking so that we can see that please?
Also, how do cancellations work? Can a customer cancel themselves?
Do we get notifed of this?

Yes, you can add custom fields to the form to do this.
The Custom Fields feature gives you the option to add more fields to your booking form so as to customize it to best match your business needs. The customer’s first and last name, email address, and phone number are there by default, but with the Custom Fields feature you can add extra fields if you want to ask a customer a question, collect additional personal details, or for any other reason.

Regarding allowing customers to cancel or reschedule, you have to set a customer Panel for them, and allow them to do this - in Role settings :

You could also allow customers access to do this from the WP back-end, if you wish. More on that on this section of the page.
