In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

When I complete a booking ie when the FINISH button is selected it goes to
My redirect is going to https://coachingfoundry.com/book-booster-coaching-calls/ THIS PRODUCED AN ERROR AS THE COACHINGFOUNDRY.COM does not exists.
The https://coachingfoundry.com does not exist. Where in Amelia would this be sorted so I can change it?
I have changed my Redirect to go to https://michellemcquaidcoaching.com/book-booster-coaching-calls/ on the Service Settings.
Redirect URL After Appointment
This option allows you to set the URL to which the customers will be redirected once they schedule an appointment. If you don’t set it once your customers click on the Finish button they will be back on the first booking step.

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
All you need to do is to enter the redirect URL in Amelia/settings/general settings and save this and that is it.
We have just entered your URL to our page and booked an appointment
And it transferred us to your URL that you have sent us
In case that you have changed this URL already please purhe the cache from your site and it should be resolved.
