Unfortunately it doesn't appear to be working properly.
We are using America/New_York for our main timezone. I set one of our employees to America/Los_Angeles time which is 3 hours behind our time and created an available appointment for 12pm - 12:30pm NY time.
When I go to preview the available times for the America/Los_Angeles employee, I see that there is the same 12pm to 12:30 appointment available (should be 9am to 9:30am). There are also later appointments that appear at :15 and :45 timeframes (we only use the :30 step for bookings).
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

I would like to remotely take a look at your WP-Admin and Amelia to see if i can isolate the discrepancy.
The old credentials i tried to use are not working.
- I can try to guess a bit, but it is best if i double-check everything.
Basically, if you were logged in as an Administrator while doing all of this,
that would explain why the time zone would stay the same. The time zone that you set for an employee is only going to convert the New York time to LA time zone when the employee logs into their employee panel, and they will see it converted if that makes sense,
but at the back-end, you will still see the main WordPress time zone.

It is odd that it would show you 15 minutes and 45 minute time steps, if you only use 30 minute time-step..
Could you double-check this setting in Amelia general settings?
If somehow this time step accidentally changed, and if you set "Allow Admin to book at any time" in the Role settings, that would allow Administrator to see the times that are not usually available for booking.
If you need us to take a remote look, please grant us temporary Admin credentials,
and if you can point out for which employee that happened, and which service - to make it easier to look? Thank you
Were any changes made to the live site yesterday? We have had two reports of clients requesting an appointment time and then their confirmation email has a different time listed. I’ve confirmed that the user timezone setting is turned off. Will clear cache and cookies to be sure
Hello Richard, we sincerely apologize for the late response.
We've had some non-working days in our country due to the labor-day holiday. We haven't logged in to your website since last week, and no changes were made then - we only tested the site as it was at that time.
Please let us know if you face some issues with the site, and we'll do our best to help you out.
Thanks for adding this important feature!

Looks like I accidentally put a d in amelia before.
