We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I love the concept of Amelia and am setting it up on my site now. One feature I really need is mobile support -- that is, the ability to schedule a next appointment while with a client. Right now the only way I can see this is to try to navigate the WP back end on a phone, which is a pain. Is there a two-way sync for Google Calendar that I'm missing, or another option? Thanks!
Hello Laura,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
If you want to book an appointment that will be seen in Amelia, you need to book either back or from the front.
But with the integration of Google Calendar, everything you have booked in Amelia will be displayed in Google Calendar and vice versa, every time slot you book in Google Calendar will not be available for booking in Amelia.
Apps you book on Google Calendar will not display information about that appointment in Amelia, but will not be available for booking.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Thank you for the answer and sorry for the delay; I had some major distractions.
I'm using Amelia and again, I love the idea of buying and self-hosting. But I was standing with a client yesterday trying to navigate the WP backend from my mobile to book another appointment, and I kept apologizing for the time it was taking. If anyone has any tips to speed that process in the field, that would be fantastic. Thanks!
Hello Laura,
When it comes to booking, unfortunately, there is no other way to book than through WP backend or you can book simply for the customer from the front end.
We have no other way for now if you have some suggestionsI'll kindly ask you to add on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
Have a nice weekend.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
