We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
We are considering your app as a replacement for Bookly.
My client is a restaurant. They run a variety of services and so the plugin needs to have flexibility.
For example 1 service will be:
I hope that makes sense.
Ultimately the plugin has to be simple to use after the initial setup so my client doesn't have to contact me every time they want to offer a different menu/special event.
I do hope this is possible, look forward to hearing from you soon.
Hello,
Thank you for your interest in our product.
We will try to answer all your questions as best as we can.
1. 5pm to 9.30pm - You can create working hours for your employee as you wish
2. Booking slots every 15mins, with a max of 6 people - This is possible. For every time slot you will need to create a group appointment of 6
3. Total capacity of 27 people – so if there are 5x4, 1x5 and 1x2 then the system wont take any more bookings for that day. - Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. - This contradicts question number 2. If you offer 10 time slots with 6 seats each, in that case you have 60 seats available. Places in Amelia are limited by that slot or by appointment, there is no possibility to limit the total number of seats in this way.
We are not sure that you can achieve this with Amelia but we have clients that use Amelia for restaurant booking.
You can buy our license and try Amelia out. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, and in that period of time, you test everything and see if Amelia fits your needs.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
