We are cooperating with our developers to see if we can provide you with a temporary fix, in order to achieve having "zero" everywhere, on page load, rather than "1" on the first price category of the Event.

Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
