We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi there! So I have a client who sells flooring. He wants to integrate a calendar app to his web that allows him to have users schedule their own appointments to get estimates.

The idea is that he uses a single calendar, and inside that calendar, users be able to schedule appointments for different city areas on different days.

    For example:

Winter Garden: Mon and Tue from 9am to 6pm

East Orlando: Wed from 9am to 6pm

Occoee: Thursday from 10am to 5pm

    (etc).

I want to make sure that Amelia will allow us to work this way. Can you please let me know? Thanks so much!

    Hello Marcio,

Thank you for your interest in our product.

In general, we need to know more about your work so that we can confirm 100%, but from what you told us, in principle, Amelia can do something similar to what you want.

You have one calendar on the backend where you can keep track of all appointments but service hours depend on the employee working hours and each employee can link their calendar not everyone can be connected to one google or outlook calendar.

We don't know if it suits you, we recommend you to take a look at our demos to see how Amelia works. We have a 15-day money-back guarantee you can buy our license and try it out in that time period and see if Amelia suits your needs.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]
