We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Our opening hours are from 9am - 6pm.
but you can book an apointment at 6.15.
how is that possible? how can i undo this?
Hi, Julia
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

If you set the working hours of assigned employee to the service to be ending at 18 : 30 ; then the schedule looks good from our end :
- If you are logged as Administrator, and you can see additional booking slots available that are outside of regular schedule,
then you probably have this setting enabled in Amelia Role settings :
That setting allows Admin to book appointments at any time, regardless of any schedules.
Try to check if that is enabled, then disable it if you wish to see only regular time slots as Admin.
Let me know how it goes, and if you have any questions. Thanks.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hello, thanks for this answer. This helps a little.
Some of our appointments like "Anprobe" last for 2,5 hours. The last on can be booked at 16 (4pm). If I shorten the working hours for the employees to 18 (6pm), this appointment can't be booked by customers. Thats not good.
But I don't want them to be able to book the other kind of service (Abgabe) which lasts only 30minutes and can now be booked at 18.15 (6.15 pm) because of the other kind of service.
Is there any possibility to make some kind of service only available at certain times.
Kind regards
Hi, Julia
Yes, you can set different available time slots of booking for different services. The available time slots are directly dependent on the work hours that you set for the employee assigned to a certain service.
So, for example, if employee 1 is assigned to "Anprobe", you can set this employee work hours to be until 18 : 30 ; if you need that last time slot to be from 16 : 00 > until 18 : 30.
And, for another service, you can set another employee, that has different work hours, and so on.
- It can get slightly tricky if you want to set same employee work two services , but different times, but you can do that as well...
For example:
Let's say if you have a 30 minute service that lasts until 16:00. You could set both employees to have the first work hours block of a day, from, starting time ( on my example, 10 : 00 ) until 16 : 00 for 30 minute service and 2h 30min services both ;
and then additional work hours block, from 16 : 00 until 18 : 30, for the 2h 30 min service;
That is also one of the ways how it can be set...
But if you can tell me more details about a couple of services, if you need a different kind of setup.
-
You can even "duplicate", or create dummy employees, to have a more advanced set up;
and there is a workaround for them to use the same email for notifications, and the same Calendar, if you use gmail or Outlook, but let me know if you need something like that.
