    Hello, I am running a financial planning based business and have started to use Amelia as a scheduling plugin on my website. I have been having issues with email notifications not sending to customers when they book an appointment. Customers are not getting the appointment confirmed email or any reminder emails that I have set up to send 24 hours and 15 minutes before the appointment time.

    Test email that I send do work, and the emails are not going to spam so I'm not sure what the issue is.

     Please let me know how I can fix this as the plugin is not useable for me at the moment. Thank you,

    Hi, Alejandro

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    If the test email notification worked, you probably have the mail client properly set up, but it is possible that perhaps some notification settings for services have a missing detail not set up correctly.

    I can take a remote look, if you'd like, and I will quickly try to isolate the notification issues. We can make a test booking to see if we get an email.

    - Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Regarding the scheduled reminder notifications, I can also test that for you;

    but if you'd like, you can save some time and test the cron and see if it works this is the command: https://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/notifications/scheduled/send

    So, to test notification, you need to book an appointment, then simply copy the URL above (just change yourwebsite.com to your domain name) and paste it in another browser window.

    I am looking forward to your reply. Thank you

    Kind Regards,
