We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Ive had a problem before where SMS CC messages were not sending and there seemed to be a bug but you fixed it., Now, again it hasn't been working for some months. Any Advice?

I am not sure I understood correctly.
If you mean the SMS status, to be "Qued" by default, and you have to refresh it to see the status , this has always been like that. We will work on improving it, but we haven't changed anything yet, and I can't say an ETA when we will;
but you can follow our changeLog page, where our developers state any changes, new features, on each update.

If you meant that the notifications are not properly sent, we could remotely take a look for you and isolate the issue?

Im talking about the sms being sent to additional numbers ( see attachment )
It works for the email but not SMS (used to work)

I am testing this for some time, and still not able to isolate the exact issue.
Tried a couple of different emails and phone numbers, and the odd thing is, the test SMS and test email arrive, but not during booking....
Then one email arrived for a test booking, but not the SMS.
I will work on it some more and i will keep you posted on the progress. Sorry about the waiting time. I will also seek help of senior colleagues to see if i missed a detail anywhere in the process.

Yes test sms arrives. And SMS notifications arrive to employees but not the SEND SMS TO ADDITIONAL NUMBERS. As it used to. The SEND EMAIL TO ADDITIONAL ADDRESSES works though
