Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We have booked an appointment for the Amelia Test user and we have tested your notifications. All the notifications we received for both the test and the appointment look as they should.
Both yours and other clients' notifications look the same and there is no extra spacing, all notifications look that way.
We apologize if we misunderstood you, but as far as we can see, everything looks fine.
I know RTL languages like Hebrew are confusing, sorry.
In my original question you can see that the Notification settings page displays the text aligned to the right as it should, but the received email is aligned to the left, as it is in the screen shots you attached.
Also you can see that the vertical line spacing in the email is different and much larger than in the settings.
Both problems seem to come from the html in the email sent, as the 3rd screen shot in my question shows.
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
You are using the old version of Amelia 4.1
We now have a new version of Amelia. When the plugin is not up to date it can have all sorts of issues you need to update to the latest version of the plugin so that we can try to help you.
When it comes to the old version of the plugin, we can not know exactly what the issue is because it is already an outdated version that is not maintained.
Please update to the latest version and let us know has that resolved the issue.
Yes, we are using the previous version. This is a production site with daily live customers, we are very careful with updates that might break it even for a short while. Especially when we don't have any indication that the update will solve this issue.
Is it possible for you to test in an updated site you have?
Just make any notification text be RTL with right alignment and show us it works.
You are most welcome, and of course, we will send it to you.
We have a large number of users who use rtl and we have not had any reports that it does not work properly.
We have now tested and booked appointment and received notifications from the right to left
If you don't like the 4.6 version we can always send you the 4.1 version to restore it, but you need to know that we do not provide support for older versions of the plugin that are not updated to the newer version.
Because when it comes to an old version of the plugin, we can not know exactly what the issue is because it is already an outdated version and it can have all sorts of issues.
We are sending you the latest version of Amelia in the attachment if you decide to update it to 4.6 version and a short instruction on how you can manually update it in case your WordPress doesn't allow you to update it automatically.
Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled.
Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.
When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
When editing the email notifications with RTL paragraphs and right justification (for Hebrew) they look fine
But the sent emails are left justified and with extra line spacing.
What should we do to fix this?
Attached also the Gmail Show Original of the received email
