We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello!

I just realized that when a customer tries to reschedule an appointment from the customer front end panel, the plugin shows every available time slot for the selected date, but doesn't take into consideration the location.

So, if I have 2 or more locations, the customer has no way of knowing if the new date/time he picks is going to be in the location he wants.

Is there a way of adding a location field?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.

When customer books an appointment with one employee he will always see time slots only from that employee for the same service. If an employee works on the same service in several locations then unfortunately there is no way to add a location in the customer panel, but you can add locations placeholder in notifications.

When the customer reschedules the appointment, he will receive a notification stating the location where the appointment is scheduled.
We know this is not an ideal solution but for now, there is no other way.

I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.

    Kind Regards,
