Hello, before buying this plugin, I wanted to ask you if these functionalities exist.
Use case: A wellness with working days of 09:00 to 24:00 every day of the week and time slots of 3 hours each for 3 different wellness arrangements. 1) sauna 2) sauna and food 3) sauna and overnight stay
User can select 1 of the 3 different arrangements and then select either 09:00-12:00 or 21:00-24:00. If user selects the overnight stay, then automatically the time slot of 21-24 of the selected day should be booked AND the morning time slot of the next day 9-12 should be frozen. So if a user selects option 3 (sauna and overnight stay) and selects date 14/04/2022 the time slot of 21:00-24:00 of 14/04/2022 should be locked and the time slot of 09:00-12:00 of 15/04/2022 should be locked. Is this possible with your plugin?
If not, is it possible to stop the user from selecting a date when he selects option 3 and give him a message like "To book an overnight stay, you should call this number xxxx".
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

We don't have any conditional logic in Amelia at this time, in order to set a condition exactly as you described, e.g. "if someone books an overnight time slot, then the next morning will be blocked for booking". We might add this in the future, but I can't say an ETA on it.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, https://features.wpamelia.com/ and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

The only workaround at this time I would think of can be creating "sauna and overnight stay" as Events. Events can allow you to create time slots that can overlap more than 24 hour periods, so someone could reserve the time from 21:00-24:00, on the 14/04/2022 , and the 09:00-12:00 of 15/04/2022 .
If you still wish to make the morning slot busy if someone books the previous evening's "sauna and overnight stay" , you could assign same employee to both; (
This is how I set this example Event, to repeat every day, and if someone books it, they book both evening and morning slots;
Now, if you set same employee to this Event,
and regular morning appointments for 1) sauna and 2) sauna and food ;
And if someone has already booked, let's say , a morning slot of the 15th April, for regular service;
another customer could go and book the Event for the evening of 14th of April; but they would also take the morning slot as "part of the Event",

and then you would have double-booking, unfortunately. (more details on Events here)

Alternatively, to stop the user from selecting a date for option 3; to give him that message;
you could create a custom section on the same page, next to options 1 and 2 ,
and you can set a description, and a notice for customers "To book an overnight stay, you should call this number xxxx",
but this would be done outside Amelia, separately.

Let me know how all this sounds, if it makes sense and if you have any questions.
Also, please correct me if I misunderstood the goal. Thanks.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
