We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We have created a Formidable form with a set of fields that are setup as a Group fields, and when we connect that form to wpDatatables table, they do not appear on the available list of wpDatatables fields.
Please advise how to set them up so they are available to wpDatatables
Hello Nadav.
Thank you for your purchase.
How are you creating group fields in Formidable? We have a form where "First Name" and "Last Name" are grouped here, and the table that's created from that form is showing both fields here.
They can't appear as a grouped column in wpDataTables, but they are being pulled in properly.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello Aleksandar,
Thank you for your reply.
I think I was not clear with my initial description, as I am actually referring to a different setup:
I have a "Repeater" field type, that includes two fields: (1) File upload (2) URL
They are "grouped" together, and the user can have a dynamic number of file&url sets added to the form.
Hope I made it more clear.
Best regards,
Nadav
Hi again Nadav
At the moment, using repeater fields in wpDataTables is not possible. Our developers do have this planned for the future, but I can't say exactly when it will be included.
Each repeater field would need to be saved as a separate table if I'm not mistaken.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
