I have created a search for listings of houses. But when you input: Amsterdam without a blank space, it gives a different search result when you input Amsterdam with a blank space (which might happen for users to type).
Can this be prevented? (only at the end of the name of the place)
Basically, because you are using Global Search and some of the hidden columns have values of "Amsterdam" and some have "Amsterdam " ( with the space).
The search is searching for words exactly as the way they were input, so if there is "Amsterdam" in the sreach, it will return all of them; the ones with and without the sapce.
- In order to solve this, you will have to edit the source data ( MySQL) to trim the spaces.
Let me know if anything was not clear, and if you need any further assistance. Thank you

Hi, Jeroen
Thanks for reaching out to us
I will double-check this with our 2nd level Team, just to make sure if they have any kind of workaround to achieve this;
but to be honest, i believe it will probably not be possible since a "space" is also considered to be part of the value in the cell...
But i will do my best, if there is anything we can come up with - i will let you know as soon as i get confirmation. Thank you for your patience.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Thanks a lot. I will get back to my development team to set the database settings.
