Hi, starting from yesterday the Google Calendar integration with Amelia has a big problem.
I'm able to see the appointements in google calendar, also new appointements, but if I insert a new event in google calendar, it do not block the slots in the prenotation form.
Everything was working fine until last week. Not now! I checked google cloud console and everything seems ok. has something changed? Can you help me? A thousand thanks.
I am not sure if i understand the issue completely. If i misunderstand, i apologise.
Are you adding an event on the Google Calendar, and then it does not create a Busy slot in Amelia?
- Basically, it was always like this , if you create appointments or events on the Amelia side , it gets picked up by Google Calendar, and makes busy slots... but if you add appointment/event on the Calendar side > Amelia does not pick this up, it can't work the other way around - if that makes sense?
- But, if i misunderstood, can you elaborate in more details, and we will assist?
if in google calendar I occupy some slots, until a few days ago it removed the occupied slots from my availability for booking in Amelia.
It is a very useful function when the doctor sets up some visits directly with patients on the phone, or when she has courses and cannot go to the office, or when she is on vacation.
For a few days this thing hasn't worked anymore! The slots occupied on the google calendar are free for Amelia and patients can book themselves in those spaces, creating big problems.
My apologies for such long waiting time on the response.
I have misunderstood at first, now I see exactly what you mean.
That should not happen, you are absolutely correct.
Could I please make a remote test on your WP- Admin, if you don't mind? I can make a quick Test employee and I can connect him to our Test Calendar, to try and replicate the issue?

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Hi, Francesco
I forgot to ask additional detail.
If you could also point out the employee name for which this is happening?
After I do a quick test, I can also take a look to see if I find a discrepancy for the employee anywhere, as well, to save some time. Thanks.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Ok, I'll test.
Just for info what have you done?
Hello Francesco,
I have increased the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" value on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page.
Please let us know if it works or not.
Looking forward to your reply.
