I am just waiting to hear back regarding another ticket however I have not received a reply? I just wanted to know if my ticket was closed or still being worked on?

This is the last issue we have and it has been 1 week now that we have not been able to use the software so I would really appreciate an update on this.
I am sorry to keep chasing you on this issue but it has been over 10 days since I purchased Amelia and I have not been able to use this software because the Outlook Integration is not working with my employees.
I have an ongoing ticket regarding this: #3018632
However, I have not received a reply from both the TMS Plugin public team or in private message.
Could someone please reply to me today regarding this issue? I have provided all the appropriate database & website access. I am extremely concerned this will not be fixed and I will not be able to use the software.
For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
