I am creating a website for a client whose business is a private spa offering 3-hour sessions in the morning and afternoon, but also overnight stays. In the services, we have well defined the service time of the overnight stays at 20 hours (because available from 6pm to 12am the next day), but this must necessarily correspond to the work hours of an employee and it is impossible for me to define his working hours from one day to another (for example, from 6pm to 12am the next day). Can you tell me what to do? Thank you.
- I believe i have the solution for you, and hopefully it might be suitable.
For example, when we need a time span booking that overlaps from one day into the next, we can make an Event like this. I made an example test booking.
You can set an Event, that will start, let's say, the 14th of April, the time from 6 PM, until 24 : 00 , midnight...
then add the 15th into the Event, hours from 00:00 until 12 AM ( sorry about the European time format)
And when you add an atendee from the back-end, or a customer books it from the front-end as atendee, they pay for the "ticket", and they will book the entire time span at once - if that makes sense.
Please check out our Documentation about Events, with an example and more detailed explanation how it works on this page.
Events don't have to have an employee assigned - but you can set an "Organizer", which will be the main employee assigned, and you can add "guest employees" as Staff, if needed.
Let me know if this might work as a solution for you, and if anything was not clear.
You can also check this page, if you need to synchronize a Google Calendar, or Outlook Calendar with the assigned employee to the Event.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been on a small work break during our Orthodox Easter holiday.

It seems that i haven't understood the issue correctly in the first place, sorry about that.
I thought that our goal was to create a large time slot from 6pm to 12am the next day;
but now it seems the problem is that you want to create separate bookings, one available to book the "overnight slot", but also to have the morning available?
-
It seems to me that you maybe need multiple available bookings, such as "overnight spa",
but also the "morning" and "afternoon" time slots, and they should all somehow be connected to same employee?
If you can please clarify what setup we are going for, and i will do my best to help advise the schedule. Thank you.
I have been advised in the meantime, my senior colleague also checked a support email in which you described what you need in more detail,
and we corresponded with our developers to make sure.

- I am truly sorry to disappoint you, but at this time, what you need is not achievable with any of our built-in functionalities in Amelia.
The developers might add this functionality in the future, but I can't say an ETA on it.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, https://features.wpamelia.com/ and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

Hi,
Thanks for your answer, but I'm still blocked.
When i create an event for a night (from 6pm to 12am the next day), it blocks automatically all the morning time slot (from 9am to 12) !
I can't find any way to solve the problem
