I wonder if Amelia Appointment can hold the time slot if the user registering the detail before making the payment?
Because before the user makes the payment, the system allows the second user to book the same time slot and make the payment.
This will make this booking with 2 users, but I only want 1 user to book this time slot, is it any solution for this?

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Hi, if I enable the "Allow booking below minimum capacity" and "Allow booking above maximum capacity", the issue is solved, just curious what is the purpose of disabling the setting?

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
In regards to the "Allow booking below minimum capacity":
If this is disabled, your front-end customers won't be able to submit a booking unless they fill in the minimum service capacity,
but once they book for any capacity above the minimum, the time slot will become unavailable for booking for others.
Allow booking above maximum capacity":
If this is disabled, your front-end customers won't be able to book appointments with Pending status above the maximum capacity.
Once the maximum capacity is reached appointment will close and the time slot will become unavailable.

Thanks for your explanation, if I disabled both setting for 1 slot session, it will allow the second user to make payment after the first user's booking has successfully paid. (both users are in the booking registration before checkout). But if I allow both setting, amelia will block the second user in the checkout if the first user has made the payment. Is it normal? I thought disable the setting will work like first come first server payment with the number of capacities. Right now, it works in a different way.

My question is
Disable the "Allow booking below minimum capacity" and "Allow booking above maximum capacity" - it is to prevent the booking form will not allow the minimum capacity and maximum capacity (If I set to 1 person, it will allow only 1 user to make the booking payment and it work like first pay first serve, am I right?).
But my booking form works another way, disabling the setting will let more that minimum capacity makes the payment, but if I allow the setting will work exactly what I preset the capacity.
Is it a bug in the setting?
