We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi Dear

    I am reviewing your Amelia System to buy it, I have 4 questions?


    1. I notice when I download the data file for the payment I don't see the ticket price and number of ticket for each customer? How I can customize the data file?

    2. Is your system support the stripe payment in Bahrain to configure my credit cards payment gateway?

    3. Is your system has integration with whatsapp for sending notifications?

    4. Is your system support the Barcode scanner for  appointment details?

    Hello Ahmed,

    Thank you for expressing interest in purchasing the Amelia plugin.

    1. Our developers are aware of this issue and it will be resolved in the next update of the Amelia plugin.

    2. Unfortunately, Stripe is currently not supported in Bahrain.

    3. 4. I am sorry to disappoint you, but at this time, this is not achievable with any of our built-in functionalities in Amelia.

    The developers might add this in the future, but I can't say an ETA on it.

    Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, https://features.wpamelia.com/, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

    After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

    You can also follow our changeLog page, where we present any changes/new features at every update.
