We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
HI,
We are photography and filming studio and one of our main services is that we offer our studio for rent for other colleagues or productions. So I am setting the booking form using services. We have developed pricing plans for 1,2,3 etc. full days for which the client can book the studio. Now I am at the point at which I want to be able to create a service that takes time during the set working hours of 2 consecutive days of 3 consecutive days (or more). For example the client can book the studio for 2 consecutive days from 10:00-18:00hr. I am unable to do that.
Any ideas?
Thank you!
Hello Georgi,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
You can not book multiple appointments in one go. They need to book the first appointment, and when that process is complete they can book another. Of course, provided that tomorrow or the employee who works on that service does not have appointments for the next day. In case there is then of course there are no free time slots and they will not be able to book.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi Marko,
Thank you for replying!
I don't want to book multiple appoinments in one go but rather book 1 appointment that lasts in the period of 2 or 3 days (in working hours only 10-18hr). Can this be implemented as I feel it is a very important feature?
Bes regards
Hello Georgi,
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
What you want are 3 different appointments that happen on 3 different days. And unfortunately, this falls under multiple appointments.
Scheduling multiple appointments at once is only possible with our packages if service option, which is available with our pro and developer license.
You can read more about our service of packages option here.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
