For me there is no selection option in the product for a location.
You have not set up the locations properly. We will explain to you now how and where the locations are set up and you will be able to easily set everything up after that.
1. When creating special days, you need to choose the location where you will be on those selected days (of course you need to create a location for this service so that this option can be selected) like this
2. If you want to do fixed working hours in different locations, you need to create it in employee working hours.
There you can set up to work on Mondays in London and on Tuesdays in NY, for example
You can also set to work for example from 8 to 15 in north London and from 15 to 17 in south London
Yes, thank you. That is exactly how I tried it. Unfortunately I can't enter the working time for the location though. It is grayed out. If I would now change my daily working time for Tyrol, you could not book me properly regular. My working hours for the special day are partly the same, partly different and unfortunately not configurable.
I also tried it by creating myself as a 2nd employee again. But even with this I am not bookable. I really despair of the system right now. I can't create a special day via the working times, so that the working time is only displayed for this one day.
I'm still trying it now via the Event function. Also there a new puzzle / a new challenge for me. How do I enter there that an event going over 4 days starts on the 1st day at 11 o'clock, lasts day 2-3 from 0-24 o'clock and is finished on the 4th day at 18.30 o'clock? This event is also only bookable as a whole and not for individual days. When I entered the event and did so for the complete 4 days starting at 11am and ending at 6:30pm it shows me these times for the days in between as well. How can I change this?
If your location option is grayed out, it means that you have not created another location. If another location is not created in that case, you can't assign it because it doesn't exist. You need to create locations where you have services in Amelia/location
After that, you will be able to add locations on special days.

As for events when you create a multiple-day event you sell tickets for all days at once. If you want to have one day's events as separate you need to create several separate events that last one day.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

We went to your site and we have found the issue. You put that you have a buffer time of 23.30 hours between every appointment
But you offer appointments that last the whole day and appointments go day after day and as you have all day buffer time before the appointment and after the appointment then there is no possibility to book an appointment.
When we turn off the buffer time, the service showe out to be available for booking.
We have restored the settings as they were, but in order for the service to be available for booking, you need to turn off the buffer time and everything will work properly.

You have turned off show service on-site for the service of the package and for that reason it was not shown.
We have enabled that option. We know, that you said that you do not want that service shown in the above [ameliacatlog] shortcode that contains all the other services. So we have changed it to [ameliacatalog employee = 1] since the employee for the package is only on that one service which was disabled. Now your packages are showing again and everything works.

There is no course for Amelia, it's a plugin for WordPress but we try to record a video for each option where you see the procedure how and what is set up step by step.

If you want, you can find short courses of several hours related to WordPress on Youtube and in various free schools like Udemy, which really makes it easier to use and understand the whole WordPress.

Our support does not have telephone support, we provide support only via tickets.
An employee can work in multiple locations just not at the same time. Amelia's logic is that someone can't be in multiple places at the same time.
In order to be able to work in several locations it is necessary for the employee to adjust the time from when to when he works at a certain location.
For example, you can set up to work in London from 08 am to 1 pm and in NY from 13 pm to 5 pm.

If your location option is grayed out, it means that you have not created another location. If another location is not created in that case, you can't assign it because it doesn't exist. You need to create locations where you have services in Amelia/location
After that, you will be able to add locations on special days.
