I need to put extras onto services that customers can buy but I need them not visable on site, I cannot find this button, only can find it on the actual service rather than the extra

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible in Amelia. Extras cannot be hidden without the service being visible. You can either hide the entire service along with extras or show the entire service with extras on site.
