We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello,

    I'm creating a website for a society of boat trip on the Bassin d'Arcachon and I encountered a problem when I wanted to put 2 prices for one services. 

    For example, you can check in for a place "walk unit prices" and my clients wanted an adult and a children price (because it's cheaper for children). 

    For now, I put the children price in the option's possibility but I wanted to put the 2 prices the same way  (in a select) in order that the children place(s) may be counted as a real place in the check-in. 

    My english may be a little complicated to understand but I thank you in advance for your help and will answer to explain better if it's needed.

    Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.

    We understand what you want to achieve, don't worry.
    The way how you set it up is the only way it can be set up so far. Unfortunately, you can't have 2 different service prices for the same time slot.

    For now, the way you are already doing is the only way to do it.

    I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.

    Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
