I am interested in moving from Bookly to a better plugin that can suit our needs.
1. I need an appointment plugin that can allow me to gather the name/info for each member of a group request (ie; if they have 3 in their group, there will be fields for all 3 persons name/contact/etc.).
2. I would like to be able to have a custom field that shows on both the clients info and the group appointment info (we book by business so if we book a group, we would like to see the business name and if we look at the customers list we would like to see that same business name field show so we know what group they are with).
3. We would like to be able to skip the calendar / date picker and put them into a pending "waiting list" with no specific date. This way, as a date becomes available we can offer it to them, then add their pending request to an appointment manually.
Please let me know if these 3 options are possible with your plugin. thank you!

1. 3. I am sorry to disappoint you, but at this time, this is not achievable with any of our built-in functionalities in Amelia.
The developers might add this in the future, but I can't say an ETA on it.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, https://features.wpamelia.com/ and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
