When you add a customized appointment select box, I would like to make one of the choices the default choice.
For example, if I want to give the customer the ability to have the appointment onsite or through Zoom but most appointments are on site, I would like to create a custom select box to give the customer the choice but have "on site" preselected.
Is it possible to have a default selection for a customer select box?

I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what do you mean exactly can you please explain it to us in a little more detail?
You can set the custom fields and there you can choose for which services will this custom field will apply.

Thank you for clarifying this to us.
Unfortunately currently, there is no such feature built in. This can be achieved with Amelia at this time, the fields cant be preselected.
