As an agency we usually don't give our clients Wordpress admin-rights. I have seen that another user can only set Amelia-settings, create services, ... IF the user has the role "admin". This is overkill, honestly.
How can I achieve, that our client users with role "editor" can access Amelia-settings. Not everyone that makes a few changes inside of Amelia needs full admin-rights ... hmmm?

Hello Michael,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you can assign the Amelia Manager role to that WordPress user. You can read more about the Amelia Manager role on this link.
Hope this helps you.
Please reach out to us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
