    a) I did not see "Outlook / Office 365" sync in your docs. May I assume that 2-way-calendar-sync for different employees is working perfectly fine?

    b) You do have a doc how to integrate with Azure. My clients do usually not use Azure, only Office 365. Is there a tutorial for this too?

    c) How shall it be handled it one employee has a main calendar but uses several sub calendars in his Outlook? Eg. Main calendar is business calendar, a sub calendar could be private calendar. Of course all calendars should be checked by Amelia ... and only free time slots must be shown in Amelia frontend if NO calendar and/or subcalendar has a booked entry. May I assume that Amelia is checking main calendar + sub calendars? How does it need to be set up in Amelia?

    Hello Michael,

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.

    a) We haven't had any reports that it's not working so everything should be fine

    b) Azure is the platform where Microsoft services are configured. Admin does this, employees connect to their outlook, office.365, Hotmail email addresses. In our documentation you have detailed instructions and a video on how to connect the employees and azzure. More about this you can read on the following link https://wpamelia.com/configuring-outlook-calendar/

    c) At the moment Amelia can only be linked to one calendar. We'll work on adding this in the future, but we can't provide you with an ET

If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket, and we will gladly help you there.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Marko,

thanks for your feedback. I wanna tell you a short story.

As it's given in your docs, that Amelia is only compatible to Azure, and Office 365 is not mentioned at all, I thought, it wouldn't work. And quite a few others see it the same way than me, because I read quite a few comments on social media that it wouldn't work.

Yesterday I had a personal phone call with a Microsoft support employee and asked him, if it would be possible to "upgrade" an "Office 365 Outlook account" to an "Azure Outlook account", because here in Austria 99 % are using Office 365 (and nearly no one besides big international companies is using Azure).

To my surprise, the support guy told me: "Office 365 Outlook calendar" is technically completely the same than "Azure Outlook calendar". This means that Office 365 works and can be connected to Amelia. The only thing an office 365 user needs to do, is to login into his Azure portal (with same login credentials than Office 365 portal).

Based on this I would recommend to you:
    ==================================
Give a hint in your docs that Office 365 is indeed working and that people only need to login into their Azure portal. I personally didn't know that I would even HAVE a Azure portal. And I think many don't know ...

Would save you in the support a lot of time, would save your customers a lot of time checking if 365 can be connected or not and would for sure raise sales a bit, cause many people will in fact look for 365 integration ...

    Thanks and best regards
    Michael
