Hello, I want to purchase Amelia for a client but have a question before:
My client has multiple employees that need to be set up in Amelia but only one Google Calendar that all employees should be synched with - is that possible?
The reason is that my client wants to see ALL incoming appointments, not just the ones that are booked with her. So in her google calendar she wants to see all incoming appointments from Amelia and also with which employee these appointments have been booked. That way she can decide to transfer the appointment in Amelia to herself or another employee (or leave it as is).
However, since all timeslots that are in google calendar marked as "busy" will not be bookable in amelia, is it even possible to synch all employees from amelia to just the one single google calendar from my client? Or would that mean that all timeslots in her calendar that are marked as "busy" would automatically be blocked in amelia for booking every employee that is synched to this google calendar ?

Thank you for your interest in our product.
Unfortunately, you can't achieve that in Amelia. Each employee must be synchronized to their account.
What you can do is add her client's mail and he gets all the appointment notifications in his mail.
That way he will be informed of everything.
All appointments you have on Google Calendar will be blocked for booking in Amelia.
