I'm trying to add Amelia to an Elementor Pop-up, but it only works when I close the pop-up and open it again. I've tried multiple browser, and they all only work at the 2nd loading.
I have tried to clear cache and everything, but still the same issue, can someone help?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Our developers are aware of this issue and will work on fixing this in one of the future updates. This issue occurs when the button is clicked on before the page has been loaded. Please test it out once the page has been loaded.
