Unfortunately, there is currently no option to export data from Amelia in XLS format as only CSV is available at the moment.
In regards to the data migration.
When you are moving from one site to another, we can suggest using Plugin Duplicator. We use it and it's working fine because it will transfer all the files and also the tables to the database.
If you don't want to use the duplicator, you would need to copy all wp_amelia_ database tables, along with the "amelia_settings" row in the wp_options table (when you search through the "option_name" column).
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Thank you Uros, it would be great if in your development team you can look into adding an "export all plugin data" or "export custom settings" feature like when you export a page template from WP or a form in most form plugins.
This would be of great help as you would also be able to export your custom settings easily.
Hello. Is there a way to download data from Amelia in XLS format, not just CVS?
I can't seem to find the option and the *.cvs is not comma separating all of the values so my data doesn't always convert well when opening in Excel.
Also, is there a way to export Amelia's booking data so it can be uploaded again to a fresh install? We're migrating to a new website design.
Thank you.
