Hi, I'd like to use Amelia for a Service Company - the business is a carwash / detailer.
They have packages (straightforward) and have 3 wash bays. Each wash bay has 3 bookable slots a day based on time.
The desired user interaction is a customer chooses a wash package and then is presented with the options to book that package based on the availability in the wash bays - but I don't want the customer to have to choose a wash bay, that is too confusing.
What would best practice be to set this up to achieve the simplest user interaction possible?
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
If each wash bay is a separate service then customers must choose which "service they want" and based on that they will be shown the available days and time slots for booking.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
Thanks for the response, it's not quite what I am trying to do. I'm pretty sure Amelia can do what I am after, but I don't think I explained it very well and I can't seem to figure it out so I'll try a different way in more Amelia like terms.
The business can have 3 cars inside a once - or 3 wash bays (they are sort of locations in Amelia terms but they are all at the same place) similar to a car repair shop with space to work on 3 cars at once.
In this Amelia instance/business there is only 1 employee (in reality there are many but they work as 1 team and are not differentiated individually and you don't book with anyone in particular) just like a car repair shop where you book a service appointment but not an individual mechanic.
If the end user chooses a service, they should be presented with the next available times/dates for the service in any of the 3 locations (wash bays)
We think you can achieve this with Amelia and we will help you with the setup but to better understand and to help you better we need a few screenshots to understand exactly how you set up and what you want to change.
As soon as we see what the setting looks like, we will know what it is and we will tell you how to set it up.
