Hi, I recently submitted a ticket for pre-purchase of this plugin but didn't hear back so fingers crossed it can do the things I need it to be able to do.
Anyways, I have purchased the plugin and I am currently trying to activate the pro membership by following your walkthrough https://wpamelia.com/activation-settings/#how-to-activate-license
I am able to find the purchase code and the area on WordPress where I am supposed to be able to enter the code.
However, unlike your walkthrough screenshots, My option to do so is greyed out with just a prompt to click "upgrade now." If I click the call to action it just takes me to the pricing page on Amelia. With nowhere to enter my code. I understand this is the lite version and needs to be deactived and replaced with the pro version.
I am trying to download the pro version but am not seeing it on my end compared to the walkthrough also. I've tried downloading it from my email and nothing downloads
