We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi,  

    I'm looking for a booking system for my yogastudio.

    1. I sell 10 time class passes to my students. 

    Is it possible that my customer purchase once and can than log in 10 times for a class. Can they also follow up the amount of classes they have left?

    2. I also work with freelancers who teach classes in the studio. Is it possible to calculate and download how much they earned and so easily know how much the studio earned and how much they earned at the end of every month by simply entering once the percentages?

    Hello Jade,

    Thank you for your interest in our product.

    Yes, you can do that with our packages of services option.

    Packages of Services is the only feature that is not included in the Basic license, the rest of the features are absolutely identical.

    Packages of Services is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. 

    Customers will be able to book included Appointments on any days, with no strict recurrence.

    As for your customers to be able to follow up on the number of classes they have left they can do that also with our customer panel option.
