    Hi,

    We read all about the daylight change and we have updated our time accordingly but there is still an error. Even though the backend is set properly and it is showing on the website the time that it should as it was before the daylight change, the appointments on our backend are now showing the wrong time. First, it was the customers that saw the wrong time, we did the update with the time zone and now it's reversed. 

    The time is showing properly in the settings for working hours and all, but the list of appointments is showing one hour later than it should.

    Honestly, there is always something with this plugin...

    What should we do to fix that??

    Hello Veronika,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    This is an issue with the UTC time zone, if you had configured any of the UTC time zones on your WordPress website general settings, please change it to the time zone of your city, test it out and provide me with an update on whether it works or not.

    Thank you for the reply.

    Yes, we had it updated from UTC to the city when it was showing wrong to our customers, which was resolved by that but that is when it started showing the wrong time for us on our appointments section.

    Hello Veronika,

    Thank you for clearing that up.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Uros,

    We have it sorted manually, it seems when it happened with the time zone change that some people were still booked for 8.15pm so what was already booked couldn't be changed automatically to 7.15 but it got it as a separate class even though there isn't a class under any employee at that time. Another feature that Amelia doesn't allow is overriding from the back end and changing the time to 7.15, which you should really work on. So we had to cancel those classes and added them under the earlier class that was correct so it's not showing wrong anymore.

    Further to the confusion around the time change, it seems that people that booked a package under 8.15 time, are not even showing under purchased packages, but we will deal with it somehow.

    Honestly, this plugin has so many errors and obstacles that you can't overcome, that we will definitely not be using you anymore after it expires since you don't do refunds even though it is your error the plugin is so faulty.

    Thanks for trying to help anyway.

    You can pass on this complaint to the management.

    Hello Veronika,

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    As I did not have an access to the back-end of your website, I was unable to perform checks. Unfortunately, the appointment time cannot be changed from 8:15 to 7:15 only if there is already an appointment at that time. Also, the time of the group appointment cannot be changed, so you would have to add people to the existing one. 

    As Amelia does not have time zone settings, this is an issue with the WordPress time zone settings and how it interprets fixes time zones.
