We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there.
I'm looking at purchasing a developer plan, I have previously used wordpress, however will need to set up hosting again.
I'm wondering how many websites do you think you could create with the Amelia plugin using a Vultr 1GB Ram, 32GBs of storage server?
I'm Is the Amelia plugin heavy on resources?
Many thanks!
Conor
Hello Conor,
Thank you for expressing interest in purchasing the Amelia plugin.
Here are different types of licenses in Amelia.
Basic - Provides you with a purchase code that can be activated on one domain and an unlimited number of subdomains
Please note: Basic license of the Amelia plugin doesn't include the Packages feature
Pro - Provides you with a purchase code that can be activated on 3 domains, and an unlimited number of subdomains
Developer - Provides you with a purchase code that can be activated on an unlimited number of domains and subdomains
In regards to the resources, the Amelia plugin takes, the plugin is not that "heavy", but it depends on the size of your database. For example, if you have 50 employees and thousands of customers, the database size increases and so does the number of calls Amelia makes to it.
If you have a good hosting plan, this should pose no issues though.
Hope this helps you. Please reach out to us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
