With Amelia, it is possible to write notes for every customer.

As for appointments you can create a custom field that the user will have to fill in and it will be shown in the notes for that appointment and you will see them like this

Not exactly in the note section, you will see the notes that you have left on that client, but you will need to click one on each appointment separately to have the specific note about that appintment.

There is no possibility to just click on the customer and see all the information about each appointment. Each appointment contains only its own data and if you need information about an appointment you have to click on that appointment.
