I have a few locations, that need an address to be used in notifications. We don't really need to show maps with the addresses, so I have not enabled the Google Maps integration.
However, now addresses are not saved at all? Did I deduct the right cause, or should I do something else to save the addresses?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Our address location wasn't saving either. Discovered it was how our API websites restriction was written in our Google Cloud console. Didn't work if we put anything other than domainname.com (i.e. *.domainname.com/* or anything else doesn't currently work with Ameila).
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
I have performed checks from the back-end and the locations are saved when I tried to save them.
Can you please confirm if that is the case from your end or elaborate on what the exact issue is?
This is really a bug then, in my opinion. I need addresses to use in notifications, to tell clients where to be. I don't need Google Maps. It is a pain to get the API key for that.
Unfortunately, that is the default behavior of the Amelia plugin.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, https://features.wpamelia.com/ and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

Ok. Do you have an ETA about when this will be fixed?

It’s not about the location not saving, the address for each location is not saving.
Hello Debbie,
Can you please provide me with a screenshot of the issue that you are dealing with?
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello Debbie,
Thank you for clearing that up.
Unfortunately, without integrating Amelia with Google Maps, the address cannot be saved when editing the location.
Please reach out to us if you have any other questions.

Ok I added it. I see there is a new features forum?
I searched through existing ideas, but 99% does not have an explanation of what is actually meant by the idea. Will this be better in the new forum?
Hello Debbie,
Thank you for that.
We are working on adding descriptions to all of the feature suggestions. Thank you for pointing that out.
Please reach out to us if you have any other questions.
