We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Let's see, I've seen that in Amelia you can take service packages (only in pro and full, which seems fatal to me if you only want to make a website with her) and in Bookly I don't see it. I also see that Amelia is easier for clients.
But now, for example, I am going to make a website for a beauty center, in which you can take, for example, a facelift, but they also want a hair graft and this should add the times and prices.
And since there can be so many combinations of services, they don't have to be seen, otherwise the list would be immense.
So that:
1. Can it be done with Amelia? (cross services and be added)

    Hello Jorge,

    Thank you for your interest in our product.

    Unfortunately, services cannot be combined at will, in this case they would have to book each service separately.

    You can either create packages as you mentioned or you can add extras to the services.

    For example

    You can set up the time slot for one hour, and you can add extras to that service for example: if your appointment is by default one hour but the client wants an appointment of two or three hours he can add one or two extras (one or two appointments for one hour) to the default appointment. By selecting these extras, your Customers will be able to change the Service duration to 2-3-4 hours.

    This applies to your service as well. You can create a service for facelift and you can add all extras to that service for example hair graft.

    Extras will be added to appointment time and the price of the appointment will increase for the price od extras.
