Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
It is possible to set different WooCommerce products for different services and events. By default, all services/events are connected to one WooCommerce product, but if you create multiple products you will be able to choose a product that will be connected to each service/event.
Once you enable WooCommerce as a payment method, go to the Services page, open one of the services and you will see a Settings tab. When you choose this tab you will see the option “Select WooCommerce product” where you can choose a product that will be connected to this service. The same applies to Events.
This way, you will be able to set different taxes and other WooCommerce options for each product and each service/event in Amelia.
After setting the product, you can set the Tax and/or invoice option, or if you don’t need either of these options, you can start using the WooCommerce payment methods
1. We have recently updated our Documentation page that explains how you can connect the statuses between Amelia and WooCommerce;
2. You can also add taxes, and invoices if you wish, with WooCommerce as well;
3. In the “Redirect page” option you can choose to which page customers will be redirected to after they finish their booking successfully. If you select the “WooCommerce Thank you page”, your users will stay on the last page of WooCommerce, and if you chose the “Amelia Add to Calendar page”, your customers will be redirected to the Congratulations page in Amelia, with the option to add their appointment or event to their calendar.
For the point 3. Redirect Page, I tried setting this up but after the customer successfully books the appointment it redirects to the home page instead of the congratulations Page.
I can take a quick remote look and isolate the issue for you, if you'd like?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
- If you send credentials, also please point me to an example of which Amelia service/Woo product that this is happening for, so it is easier to know where to look.
I can also create a "test service" just to try it out, additionally.
Dear Team,
How can I achieve the new Improved integration with WooCommerce
1) Connect WooCommerce status change with Amelia status change,
2) Add taxes and coupons used in WooCommerce in Amelia payment calculation.
3) Options to return to the Congratulations step in Amelia, etc.
Look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thanks & Regards,
Amit.

Hi, Amit
-
Sorry we took so long - first we tested everything, then the developers investigated further, and we have flagged this as a bug.
The developers are working in fixing it - the fix should be ready in time for the next update,
but i can't guarantee an exact deadline, because of various factors that postpone development and bug fixes;
but they are working as quick as possible.
You could check our ChangeLog page, when we roll out the next update, and the bug fix should be stated there.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
