Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Apologies for the delayed response, here is an update.

The issue is that your website is connected to 3 separate databases and that is why this is happening. Can you please check that and make sure that only one database is connected to the website, test it out and provide me with an update on whether it is working or not?

Thank you for clearing that up.

Since every database uses its own prefixes, this will not work as Amelia looks for data from the tables with the already-specified prefix. You will have to use different databases for different websites.
