- Can I access your WP Admin remotely and check what seems to be the issue?

If you can please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

Just be sure to mark response as PRIVATE  so that nobody can see your credentials but us.

Terribly sorry for taking so much time in investigating this.

Despite best efforts, I can not find the issue that is causing this.

I have to escalate this with our 2nd level Team, and I will come back to you tomorrow with new information.

I sincerely apologise for taking so much time in testing everything.

It seems that we might have an issue in the plugin regarding coupons, as we have replicated the same issue on our local testing site. 

- We have passed the issue to our QA testers and they are already working on a fix as quickly as possible.

Sorry once more for all the waiting time, and thank you very much for all your patience and cooperation. I will keep you posted on the progress.

We finally found the issue, here is what it its.

Basically, it you set up a notification for a customer who has already booked something before;

it is important to enable this "recurring notification".

Now i have successfully set everything up, made a Test Service, created a test coupon, and when i booked for my test customer ;  he has received the coupon code.

In the end, it was just a setting that we overlooked - as you can see. My apology once again, for the missed detail.

So, please check, everything should be working now , just make sure to enable that settings, as I've shown on the screenshot. Let me know how it goes, and if you need any assistance.
