We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Front end not loading. I can add the block, choose amalia, and modify the short code. But the graphic interface / display never appears on the front end.
I've been careful to add category, service and employee and look up as much help as possible in advance. Really think I've got everything populated but clearly I'm missing something.

How do I initiate a refund? I'm unable to get front end working. I've wetched several videos, read all previous help tickets, uninstalled and reinstalled, put in a service ticket and am not getting a response in the same time I see other admin responding to other tickets. Feeling very frustrated at the moment.
I experimetned and discovered PhasPress (Website speed booster plugin) was prohibiting it from loading. Got the idea by reading some other tickets where users figured out their own problems. As soon as i disabled PhastPress BOOM, fron end started working! Note it for other customers!

Yes, sometimes it can be a conflict with an active theme or another plugin, that has it's own JS, Bootstrap or something else, that is blocking some of Amelia functionalities on a front-page.
I am happy to see that you have found the plugin causing the conflict and we will certainly note this, it will be very helpful.
