We are unable to link the google calendar. First time it worked by now we get an error
Hello Molly,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The issue here is probably with Google assigning too many access tokens to your existing employees.
If you know your way around the database, you can check that in the wp_amelia_providers_to_google_calendar table. If you see there are multiple tokens assigned to a single user ID, delete all rows from that table, and try connecting your employee to his/hers Google Calendar again.
If it fails, I can take a look at your website and database, but I'll need you to provide me with credentials for both.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
