Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

- I am sorry to disappoint you, but at this time, this is not achievable with any of our functionalities in Amelia.
We can not place any conditional logic on any booking at this moment.
The developers have this feature in their scope for the future, but I can't say an exact ETA when they might start working on it.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, https://wpamelia.cnflx.io/boards/feature-requests and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
I added a user to manage and create events. So I tried Store manager, Amelia manager and admin role but he/she cannot edit add or even see newly created events. What could be the issue?? Only me (my login) can manage Amelia.
And please don't tell me to open a new ticket. Thank you
if I understood correctly, you combined all these roles under one user?
If so, we strongly advise against it , as it can cause all sorts of conflicts with permissions, and that is most probably the issue here.
It has to be : One email - one user (only Administrator, or only Amelia Manager, or only Amelia Employee). Also, please check if this email exists in Amelia/Customers - if it does - delete it.
Let me know how it goes, and if maybe I didn' understand it correctly. Thanks
At first I assigned Amelia manager, it didn't work. I switched to store manager (woo) it didn't work neither.
So I assigned an admin role but nothing happen still not able to create and event.
When she clicks on create event the window slides in, she fills all information but when hits save nothing happen, she has to close the slide in window by clicking on X.
In Amelia user role settings, I enabled all option as there won't be any employees other than store manager.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
-
And if you do that, please also send me a link to the WP-Admin page,
and let me know what is the username and email of the user in question that is having the issues editing events, so we will know what to look for.
It is possible that somehow user roles got "tangled up" in the database, and it is causing a conflict with permissions, but we will investigate that for you.
Basically, seems that at some point someone has made a booking on the front-end and set the customer information with the same email as the manager - and now you have a customer and Admin with same email - this is making conflict for permissions, and she can not edit/create events.
- Here are the screenshots, to see what I mean.
In the Amelia customers, now you have a user with same email :
And in the Administrator WP users, you have user with same email:
The solution is, if you can delete this customer from Amelia back-end ; and it will be fixed, then she will be able to create/edit events.
I made a Test event with my Admin login.
- So, in the future, most important thing is, when anyone wants to book on behalf of customers on front-end, make sure they use either an incognito browser tab ( or to not be logged in WordPress);
and you should never have two users, different roles, with same email.
For example, if you need Amelia Manager, create a user with unique email.
-
I am hoping i explained everything correctly, but please let me know if anything was not clear and if you need any assistance.
Hi,
If a customer book the event a month earlier will get a discount.
I cannot get this condition to work. I tried several woocommerce coupon plugins but none can create a connection to amelia event dates.
Is there any work around please? It's standard discount and one condition.
Will be great if there's php snippet.
Thanks

Hi, Karim
I see what you mean.
If you'd like, we can investigate this remotely,
