Hi,
We have 2 small rooms that are separated with a flexible wall.
We have certain services that we need the big room for. So when in one room a service is booked, it shouldn't be possible for a service in the big room to be booked. And the other way around.
When a service in the big room is booked, it shouldn't be possible to book a service in one of the small rooms. How do we do that?
Hi, Naomi
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
- You can do this in two ways:
For example, if you set same employee to handle both services, if one room gets booked, that time slot will be blocked for booking.
- Or, if you need each service to have its own employee, you could connect them to the same Google( or Outlook) Calendar,
this way if one gets booked, it will create a Busy slot on the Calendar, and it will reflect Amelia schedule, so the other one can not be booked at the same time.
-
Let me know if that is what could work for you. Thanks.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
