We have 2 small rooms that are separated with a flexible wall. We have certain services that we need the big room for. So when in one room a service is booked, it shouldn't be possible for a service in the big room to be booked. And the other way around.
When a service in the big room is booked, it shouldn't be possible to book a service in one of the small rooms. How do we do that?
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
- You can do this in two ways:
For example, if you set same employee to handle both services, if one room gets booked, that time slot will be blocked for booking.
- Or, if you need each service to have its own employee, you could connect them to the same Google( or Outlook) Calendar,
this way if one gets booked, it will create a Busy slot on the Calendar, and it will reflect Amelia schedule, so the other one can not be booked at the same time.

Let me know if that is what could work for you. Thanks.
